A 1,000-liter brewhouse for high-gravity beer production is designed for brewing beers with complex recipes, where efficient malt utilization, process stability, and exceptional product quality are essential. Engineered for intensive commercial operation, the system delivers reliable performance even when processing large grain bills and producing wort with high original gravity.
The brewhouse features a two-level configuration consisting of a mash/lauter tun and a brew kettle with an integrated whirlpool. An enlarged 1,500 mm lauter screen, combined with a reinforced 12-section false bottom, ensures fast and uniform wort separation even when working with high volumes of malt. This design maintains outstanding brewing efficiency without compromising filtration performance.
The whirlpool is equipped with two wort outlet ports, allowing exceptionally clear wort to be collected after the removal of protein trub and hop residues. A gravity-fed filtration system with a transparent glass compensator chamber provides continuous visual monitoring of wort clarity while enhancing the safety and reliability of the brewing process.
The brewhouse supports both infusion and decoction mashing, offering maximum flexibility for producing a wide range of beer styles—from traditional lagers to high-gravity ales and other specialty beers. With a production capacity of up to four brews per two-shift working day, this system enables breweries to organize production efficiently, maintain consistent quality across every batch, and achieve excellent operational and economic performance.
