Description

The 1000-liter «V3-HD» series is a high-performance 3-vessel brewhouse engineered for high-gravity brewing and industrial throughput (up to 8 brews/day). It features an expanded 1500mm diameter lauter tun with reinforced 12-section screens and significantly reduced under-screen volume. The redesigned mash-agitator ensures complete mixture consistency near the vessel walls. The piping manifold is equipped with a professional glass sight-dome for visual pressure compensation and monitoring of gravity filtration. This triple-vessel configuration eliminates reverse pumping, streamlining the workflow for maximum speed and wort clarity. Built from premium AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers a robust solution for expanding commercial craft breweries.

A 1,000-liter three-vessel brewhouse is a classic and highly efficient configuration for professional brewing, where every stage of the process is independently controlled, providing maximum flexibility and brewing precision. This setup is ideal for breweries operating on a consistent production schedule and requiring reliable, repeatable results from every batch.

The mash tun ensures precise and uniform mashing, allowing brewers to work with a wide variety of grain bills and complex beer recipes. Accurate control of temperature rests, combined with efficient wort circulation, maximizes malt extraction and helps achieve the desired flavor profile of the finished beer.

The lauter tun is responsible for efficient wort separation from the spent grain. Its design maintains a stable filtration rate even under heavy production loads, which is especially important when brewing larger batches. This ensures clean wort, free of unwanted particles, while maintaining consistent production efficiency.

The brew kettle with integrated whirlpool performs several essential functions: wort boiling, hop additions, and the creation of a whirlpool effect that separates protein trub and hop residues. As a result, the wort is thoroughly clarified and prepared for the next stage of the brewing process with maximum quality.

A 1,000-liter three-vessel brewhouse provides a solid foundation for breweries focused on long-term growth. It enables efficient production scaling, streamlines brewing operations, and supports increased output without compromising beer quality.
