CCT 50 liters

The company "Termo-Pab" - a manufacturer of brewing equipment, brings to your attention an overview of a cylindrical-conical tank with a working volume of 50 liters. Fermenters of this size are the most interesting for those producers who develop new types of beer or brew beer on a brewhouse with a volume of 70, 100 or 200 liters. CCT 50 liters has the same equipment as the older fermentation units and is made exclusively from high quality food grade 304 stainless steel. On the upper torispherical cover of the CCT there is the neck of the inspection hatch. The hatch is closed with a cover on the СLAMP connection DN 200, designed for pressure up to 2 bar. In the hatch cover there is an insert of the CIP pipeline, with a bunging device and a pressure gauge, a butterfly valve. A rotary wash head is installed on the inside of the hatch. The connections are made on DN25   thread. There is also a thermal sensor sleeve installed in the top cover. CCT 50 liters has a double-walled construction. On the inner cylindrical and conical surface of the tank there is a cooling jacket made in the form of a spiral, which cools the contents of the tank. The space between the inner and outer walls is filled with polyurethane foam thermal insulation, which effectively maintains the required temperature in the CCT. Butterfly-type valves for racking yeast and beer are installed on the cone as standard. The container is installed on three height-adjustable supports. The most important indicator in CCT is the quality of polishing of the inner surface and welds. This indicator provides effective cleaning of equipment, which in turn is the key to high microbiological purity. Also, this indicator, in combination with a cone angle of 60 degrees, ensures effective yeast settling into the cone and beer clarification. Perhaps not everyone knows that the manufacture of CCTs of small volumes is fraught with certain difficulties: the smaller the inner size of the container, the more difficult it is to polish and achieve a mirror finish.
