Company "Termo-Pab" offers a wide range of cylindrical-conical tanks (CCT) for fermentation, made from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel. The equipment meets the highest quality standards, ensuring surface cleanliness according to class BA according to EN.
The 5000-liter CCTs are equipped with a CIP system with rotating spray heads, ensuring microbiological cleanliness and stability of the fermentation process. The 60° cone angle and pipe design promote effective sedimentation and yeast extraction. For convenient connection, "butterfly" valves are used, which facilitate operation and maintenance of the equipment.
The CCTs also feature reliable polyurethane foam insulation, which maintains optimal temperature conditions and conserves the resources of the cooling system. The spiral cooling jackets cover at least 30% of the tank's surface, providing effective cooling. During production, a pressure leak test is conducted to ensure the equipment's reliability.
The company also offers the option of installing lids for operating under pressures exceeding 2 bar, level indicators, sleeves for temperature sensors, and spunding valves with manometers. The installation of inspection hatches can be done according to customer requirements. "Termo-Pab" continuously improves its products, incorporating new technical and design solutions, such as polishing the external surface of the CCT covers.
