The Termo-Pab company produces a wide range of cylindrical-conical fermenters, including CCT with a working volume of 600 liters. As a rule, breweries with a brewhouse with a capacity of 300 liters wort per brew are equipped with tanks of this volume. CCTs are equipped with a spiral-shaped cooling jacket on cylindrical and conical surfaces. Thermal insulation made of polyurethane foam, which allows you to effectively maintain low-temperature conditions and significantly save the resource and energy consumption of the cooling system. The 60 ° cone angle, in combination with polishing both the inner surface and the welds, ensures the most efficient settling of the yeast into the cone, and its complete selection from the CCT. For high-quality cleaning and disinfection, the CCTs are equipped with a CIP pipeline and rotary washing heads, which ensure the required level of microbiological purity in the CCTs.
